Warning on how Crawfish are sized: Some companies do not even tell
you the size, some say mediums and some say select. Here are the
true legal sizes as conveyed by the crawfish association: a medium
is a small crawfish 21-30 count, no one will tell you they have
small crawfish, a large crawfish also known as a number 2 is 16/20
count crawfish then there is number ones which are 15 and under per
pound. we only sell large #2's and Jumbos jumbos are averaging 9-10
crawfish per pound and some weigh as much as 4 to the pound. We have
been distributing Live crawfish for almost 20 years and barley if
ever have dead crawfish we are experts in our field bar non. we now
ship via same day air as there is no room for overnight as
that is how to get problems and we refuse to ship out dead crawfish.
